    About Us

We Are Specialize in Medical Diagnostics

A radiologist specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions using medical imaging tests. They may read and interpret scans such as X-rays, MRIs, mammograms, ultrasound, and CT scans. They may be one of three types: Diagnostic radiologists: These doctors use imaging procedures to look for health problems.

    • It is the cause of what ails you. It's the linchpin for the medicines you take, the treatments you get, and the surgeries you may have.
    • In vitro diagnostic tests make it possible to identify the microorganism causing an infectious disease and to perform susceptibility testing to prescribe the most appropriate treatment.
    • Diagnostic tests are used to confirm or rule out conditions and diseases. Before creating a treatment plan, your doctor needs critical information for a correct diagnosis, which a diagnostic test can provide.

    Susan Waage
“I am so grateful for the care I received.” — Susan Waage

Susan Waage broke her knee cap when she was 34 weeks pregnant. She was terrified to have surgery, not knowing what effect it might have on her unborn son. But she was comforted knowing she had an entire team of orthopedic and OB specialists monitoring her and her baby. Not only was her knee surgery a complete success, but she delivered a healthy baby boy six weeks later.

    Tony Abate
Back in the saddle thanks to specialty hip care

Tony Abate has a passion for competitive cycling, so when debilitating hip pain threatened to sideline him, he knew he needed to get help. “I didn’t want to throw in the towel at just age 35,” he says. After doing some research on his own, he met with several orthopedic specialists to discuss the cause of his pain and whether it could be related to a structural problem with his hip. Those consultations confirmed a diagnosis of femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), which occurs when there are irregularities in the hip joint that cause the bones to rub against each other, potentially leading to pain and osteoarthritis.

    Danielle Collins
Virtual reality technology takes patients and doctors inside the brain

Danielle Collins exercises religiously and makes her health a priority, so when she was suddenly diagnosed with a serious and rare brain condition at age 27, it was a shock. She first realized that something was wrong during a Pilates class, when she felt a sharp pain in her head that continued to bother her for the next couple of days. “It was the worst headache of my life,” she recalls.

    Lauren Levinson
"They re-wrote my future." — Lauren Levinson

Days before finding out she was pregnant with her second child, Lauren Levinson learned that she had the BRCA1 mutation, a genetic alteration that made it about three to seven times more likely for her to develop breast cancer in her lifetime.* Lauren’s mom had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time, which prompted Lauren to get tested. “Late 2013 into 2014 was quite a roller coaster,” she says. “I had to be attentive to my mom’s care, all while processing my own high risk of getting cancer and maintaining a healthy pregnancy.”
